Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that the personal data provided to us by filing up the form shall be kept in files owned by Workmeter, S.L., with the purpose of facilitating you the access as well as the use of the Workmeter SaaS platform (Software as a Service) during the agreed period of time, as well as with the purpose of (i) keeping you informed about the upgrades and improvements on the product and (ii) sending you our Newsletter. You expressly authorize to do the latter. Likewise, we hereby inform you that, in order to secure the adequate rendering of the service and with the purpose of carrying out technical support tasks and commercial support, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to other Workmeter Group companies. Such transfer may entail an international transfer of data which recipient Workmeter Group company may reside in countries without the same legal level of data protection as the one applicable within the European Union.
